Diane Gilder My sketchbooks form the basis of everything I do. I love bright colour and tend to find elements of decoration or pattern attractive. Lately, I have found that I prefer to make wall hangings rather than having work framed - I like the contrast between the fluidity of textiles against the rigidity of the walls.
